Description
My client an organisation based in North West England, are currently recruiting for a Children's Commissioning manager on a part time basis. The scope for IR35 for this role is TBC and would manage a whole Children's Commissioning portfolio other than CAMHS and Maternity. The successful candidate would have a demonstrable background in all aspects of Children's Commissioning.
Key Skills/Experience
- Demonstrable experience of Children's Commissioning within the NHS and Local Authority
- The ability to manage a large portfolio of projects and a proven track record of delivery
- The ability to deliver QIPP savings and service improvement measures
- Prince 2 qualification or equivalent experience
- Excellent key stakeholder engagement skills across multiple levels and organisations
