COMPLIANCE GRC RELEASE MANAGER
Objectives and scope of the mission
As part of the Compliance GRC program which aims to deploy a CRM tool - Bwise from Nasdaq -, for Compliance US, APAC and UK, the objective of the mission is to put in place the governance and tools to managing and planning the different releases.
- Contribute to GRC Compliance program as a release manager and implementation expert for Run The Bank application
- Review and implementation of improvement management governance (reportings, fields, functionalities, repository modifications ...)
- Test follow-up with local project and user teams and central IT group
- Communication management to prepare the releases
- Reporting and pilot dashboard production
- Optimization of the process with the implementation or configuration of a tool (ppt, sharepoint, jira ...) to manage the list of evolutions
- Procedures writing and operational process mapping in English (SOP) for release management
Specific deliverables expected
- Roadmap and Deliverables: Detailed Mission Planning
- Governance: Review, optimization and implementation of the management governance of Run the Bank
- Indicators dashboard: Setting up a dashboard
- Meeting report: Minutes of the meetings defined in the governance
- Tool: Investigation and implementation of a tool to manage evolutions
Procedure (s) and process: Drafting of operational procedures to manage the evolutions
