I am currently looking for a Marketing Innovation Manager to join a financial services company based in Bristol. The right candidate will be responsible for supporting the development of marketing innovation and revolutionising communication with customers.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver customer focussed experiments, targeted at solving the most prominent of marketing challenges
- Identify new techniques and channels for the personalisation of marketing communications
- Communicate the results of experiments with the wider business and act as a SME expert on marketing innovation
- Undertake further research on customer segmentation and how this can be more targeted and streamlined
Essential skills:
- Experience of delivering customer communications across a wide range of channels (both online and offline channels)
- Good knowledge of the latest marketing trends and technologies
- Strong experience of customer segmentation and good understanding of data analysis
- A fresh approach to challenges and the ability to challenge the status quo
- Excellent creativity and confidence to present new ideas
- Experience in any sector will be considered (including in-house and agency side)
