Software Delivery Project Manager
We are seeking an Software Delivery Project Manager to join JP Morgan on an initial 12 months contract in Dublin. In order to be considered for this opportunity you should have experience of delivering multiple software projects having worked in an Agile environment within a large financial services organisation.

Reporting to the Executive Director, Project Execution the Project Manager will be responsible for managing small to medium technology projects within Custody and Funds Services Technology targeted at achieving overall business goals.
The project scope spans client implementations, transformation initiatives and delivery of new services.
The successful candidate will lead projects from initiation through implementation, manage budgets that can exceed $2M and monitor project progress and adjust resources and priorities to ensure successful delivery.
Primary Responsibilities
- Establishes project requirements, priorities and deadlines.
- Ensures project is completed in accordance with all Risk, Architecture and other relevant firm-wide guidelines.
- Coordinates resources (staff, equipment, vendors and consultants).
- Manages budget for assigned projects, monitors project progress and adjusts resources and priorities accordingly.
- Develops and manages implementation plans.
- Develops plans and manages interdependencies between development teams.
- Leads small teams in software development life cycle.
- Publishes project status and executive reporting
Experience/Skills
- Experienced in supporting large X-Functional Projects working across multiple functions to deliver results.
- Experience in managing large software development projects.
- Understanding of Outsourced Middle Office or Custody & Fund Services would be beneficial.
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint and Project.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Well organized with attention to detail in generating and maintaining detailed program documentation and notes.
- Strong time management skills, with an ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders whilst ensuring the team is held to account for individual and collective delivery.
- Motivated self-starter who networks effectively and is tenacious in achieving results.
