- Create communication materials, such as briefing documents and benefits overview for the sales team.
- Prepare Project Presentation deck for induction sessions.
- Prepare Manager briefing deck (PPT).
- Create materials to illustrate key benefits using 3 case studies.
- Preparation of agenda, content and facilitation tips.
- Creation of post go-live questionnaire to measure user adoption.
