Sales Operations Analyst

Based in Dublin (or London if preferred), our client is renowned for their continuing advancements in online technologies that have changed the world. An ambitious, fast paced forward thinking company with very creative culture.

They require a Sales Operations Analyst with at least 1-5 years' work experience in a consulting, strategic planning, sales/business operations or marketing operations role.

Initially on an 11-month contract, the Analyst will be responsible for supporting business planning and insights that drive operational effectiveness in the GSO sales organization.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree from a top institution in an analytical field (eg Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics)
  • Strong proficiency in Excel with demonstrated experience in building excel models to solve business problems end-to-end
  • 1 to 5 years (max) experience with Consulting firm background OR Sales Operations (/strategy operation) role
  • Tech experience in Analyst/Financial analyst/Reporting role
  • Proficient in SQL and visualization & analytical tools

The Role:

  • Conduct insightful analysis using internal and external data (eg revenue, product, market, industry) to derive insights that will drive strategic business decisions.
  • Play a key role in implementing strategic and operational initiatives.
  • Work with sales teams and cross-functional partners in execution.
  • Drive operational excellence with Sales teams and cross functional partners and ensure the smooth running of weekly, monthly and quarterly business rhythms (eg lead quota setting, insights for quarterly business reviews with sales teams)
  • Focus on process and continuous improvement of core projects through automation and process enhancement
