Description
A multi-national manufacturing end user based in France is undergoing a large-scale business process and optimisation programme to transform its support functions and requires a proven French-speaking business process consultant with experience in the manufacturing industry to drive key aspects of the project.
Key deliverables will include:
- Work with the organisation's C level executives to define the detail around the new Target Operating Model (TOM)
- Identify potential process improvement opportunities across the organisation's business support functions and Shared Service Centre
- Create business case for rationalisation where opportunities have been identified
- Improve the organisation's Shared Services capabilities
Key requirements include:
- Gravitas and previous leadership experience in the field of business process improvement and optimisation
- French and English language skills
- Proven track record at working with C level executives to drive business process transformation programmes
- Experience with TOMs and creation/improvement of Shared Services support organisations
- Expertise in any of the following business processes:
- Finance (R2R)
- Sales and Logistics (O2C)
- Procurement (P2P)
- Process improvement expertise gained in the manufacturing and FMCG industry sector
- Knowledge of ERP transformation programmes (this programme is a precursor to an SAP implementation)
The role:
Currently for 6 months, this contract could extend long term in to 2020. Target day rates are in the region of €/day
