We are looking for a SuccessFactors EC lead wth a minimum of 4 years SuccessFactors experience with a minimum of 2 SuccessFactors projects acting in the module lead role
At least 1 SuccessFactors EC Full Lifecycle Implementation in the lead role 2 SuccessFactors Professional Certifications (preferred) Certification in Employee Central required. Understanding of HR Organizational Domain to include the departmental processes. policies, procedures behind the modules they implement Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills
