Interim Head of FP&A - Nottingham - 6 Months - per day LTD
My client has an immediate requirement for an Interim Head of FP&A to join their business for a period of 6 months. The business requires an overhaul of the FP&A function to give the board confidence in the reporting as well as the business as usual process within the team. This role sits within the group function of a large organisation.
Key Responsibilities - Interim Head of FP&A
- Develop accuracy and integrity of data
- Develop reporting in line with the requirements of the senior team
- Deliver commentary to support the numbers
- Provide key KPI's and analysis that drive business performance
- Meet reporting requirements for the group function.
- Managing a small team
- Board presentations
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Production of dashboards for the senior leadership team
- Ad hoc analysis of financial data as requested
Experience Required - Interim Head of FP&A
- Significant (5 years+) FP&A experience in a large company with a head office function
- CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified or equivalent
- Team management
- Experience in logistics or supply chain business (Large)
- Advanced Excel
- Strong analytical Skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Team player with personal initiative and drive
