Project Accountant - Edinburgh - 7 months
Highly experienced Project Accountant required in Edinburgh for an initial 7 month contract to commence as soon as possible. This assignment has the potential to run for 7 months (to the end of the Financial Year 31st March 2019) initially but may be longer.
The Project Accountant role will include zero based budgeting so any experience in this and cost reduction initiatives would be particularly advantageous
- Zero Based Budgeting (as above)
- Experience of working in a finance environment within a multi professional organisation
- Experience in all aspects of financial management and audit.
- Experience of financial appraisal methods and development of business cases
- Practical experience of building and using spreadsheet models.
- Good understanding and handling skills in financial information systems.
