I am currently recruiting for a market leading Engineering Management and Project Services specialist for a Commercial/Contracts Manager role to start immediately.
My client is a world leading project management provider to the oil and gas, nuclear and scientific technologies industry.
Role Description:
This role is the commercial/contractual side of projects. The successful candidate will monitor and update all commercial aspects of the contract with all stakeholders of a project; client and external subcontractors. They provide contractual and commercial advice to the Project Management team.
Responsibilities:
Monitor Cash Flow on Projects,
Contract Alteration Management,
Earned Value Management and Costings Control,
Overall Project Reporting and Forecasting.
Mandatory Experience:
Negotiations with clients to secure contract entitlements, Interviewing, Selecting and Managing other commercial project resources for projects across project portfolio's where required, Managing project budgets, Managing contract risks, Procurement Strategy experience.
