Communications & Brand Delivery/W. London/£310 per day
Communications & Brand Delivery manager wanted by one of the worlds leading brands to support on the delivery of communications, brand awareness and content for the companies Nordic markets.
Communications & Brand Delivery manager will be working within a team that handles all inquiries and complaints for the Nordics.
Communications & Brand Delivery manager will require a strong communicator who is able to to engage and manage senior stakeholder expectations.
Communications & Brand Delivery manager will suit candidates who have performed similar roles within highly regulated, complex, multinational environments.
KEY SKILLS
Educated to Degree level or higher ideally within business communications or a related field - can consider a science background with industry experience ie medical information
Demonstrate a high level of understanding and appreciation of customer service delivery - previous experience of being within such a role or managing a consumer services team would be highly desirable
Communication:
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, this role will also be covering the Northern Europe markets of Nordics and BeNeLux hence ability to speak another language would be an advantage.
Be able to read and interpret regulated documents such as standard operating procedures.
The candidate would be expected to act as a point for escalation for UK consumers.
System/Computer Skills:
User of social media channels with active accounts (eg Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)
User of digital and smart devices (eg smartphones, tablets, and other smart devices)
High level of understanding of new and upcoming technology would be required
Communications & Brand Delivery manager is a contract position for an initial period of 4 months - rolling thereafter - offering a daily rate up to £310.
