Description
IT Manager with profound Fintech knowledge wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.Your experience/skills:
- University degree, ideally MBA, with post-graduate experience
- 5+ years' practice in a banking or technology environment, including innovation strategy and digital banking
- Exceptional knowledge of digital technology changes and Fintech trends
- Solid Project Management and analytical skills including know-how of building business cases
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German is a plus
Your tasks:
- Managing the set-up of the global organizational model and processes for the company's innovation approach
- Delivering enablers for process acceleration, including scoping, vendor onboarding, outsourcing, resourcing and handover into production
- Documenting and preparing the innovation stakeholders' proposals for decision making
- Providing Program Management for the progress on innovation streams and projects, including reporting on deliverables and ensuring oversight of business cases with the Chief Financial Officer
- Supporting the tracking of the KPI for innovation process management and the cultural changes towards an agile, collaborative and advanced financial institution
