Supply Chain Project Manager wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- University degree business or technical area in conjunction with 5+ years' work experience in a variety of sectors of supply chain
- Know-How of managing complex supply chain projects coupled with domain knowledge of the dependencies between Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Countries
- Capability to work independently with technical and management coaching
- Skillset to be a Leader in compliance with influencing teams
- Outstanding Microsoft Office Excel skills
- Readiness to travel as required
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Assisting in developing the supply chain related activities to support the overall objectives and timelines of the M&A projects coupled with working with the NTO PMO
- Capturing the impact of the project to all the supply chain functions including end-to-end planning, platform supply chains, warehouse & logistics, markets, order management, life cycle, art works and master data
- Recognising any IT modifications required to support the project and act as the business SPOC to the IT team
- Detecting the impact of the project to markets, manufacturing sites and global supply chain functions and partner with the impacted supply chain teams to identify and develop the to-be models and processes in relevant areas
- Arranging cutover plan milestones, change requests and lead internal alignment meetings for evaluation and decision-making as well as communicating decisions of change requests to stakeholders according to the RACI matrix
- Assuring that product assortments for each country are the latest and being point of contact to data management group
- Managing activities with Life Cycle Implementation experts, project managers and brand leads as needed along with coordinating and organising the project, timeliness and completion of tasks that are within the scope of supply chain management
