Skills Workstream Project Manager - Bristol, Edinburgh - £500 - £540 Per Day - 6 months
My client, a leading financial services company would like to recruit a Skills Workstream Project Manager to join their team for an initial 6 month contract based in either Bristol or Edinburgh.
The resource is required to manage and drive the work in the skills workstream within the FP&R Engineering Transformation function. There are lead and support gaps within the workstream that the resource will fill to ensure maximum output and value.
The resource will look to bolster the Skills Transformation work, including the delivery of the Capability Strategy as this will need more firepower to get off the ground. In addition, the introduction of the Recruitment workstream needs supported as are driving from an FP&R perspective in leading this piece of work. The Skills workstream requires additional experienced support to kick off and continue to grow the capability and capacity of the workstream and the FP&R Engineering Transformation division.
At present, the beginning stages of stabilising the work and it is clear the workload is going to increase at pace. Resource is required to fill any gaps and fulfil the expectations of the workstream in regards to output and value. Working in two week sprints, the resource will have delivery experience in an agile environment to adapt to the fast turnaround of work and output.
