Rewards & Compensation Consultant
Stanton House is partnering with an FMCG client who are looking for an experienced Rewards Manager to help them get through a peak of work and towards the end look at a more strategic improvement. This role has the potential to turn into a permanent role but is a contract assignment until the end of the year initially, paying c£450 per day + VAT on a 3 day per week basis.
To successfully deliver this piece of work the successful candidate will need to deliver:
- A review of pay in-line with organisation design levels and professional functions
- Help company decide what quartile they should be in when it comes to pay
- Propose plan for any changes as part of overall reward strategy
- Review incentive schemes - are they incentivising the in the right way? What is going well, what can be improved?
- Develop clear reward calendar and management process (including LTIPs)
- Manage LTIPs and associated communication
- Review Payroll process and provider

- Day rate: £450 per day + VAT
- Duration: 3 months initially
