Looking for a SAP Project & Portfolio Management (PPM) based in Dublin.
Key Functional Role Responsibilities - Projects specific:
Perform a key role as part of a team responsible for the delivery of enhancements to the SAP ERP (Finance, HR and Payroll, Asset & Work Management) components within defined Projects for company.
Create/maintain project documentation to allow smooth transition of Project into Support organisation
Maintain a common set of scoping, design, implementation and test artefacts and templates in line with agreed Project definitions
Key Functional Role Responsibilities - Support Specific:
Support of core business processes
Perform Incident and problem resolution, maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction possible
Demonstrate strong task management and problem solving skills
Preventative maintenance tasks to ensure IT systems are operational and secure, and to prevent future incidents
Troubleshoot incident and problem resolution, maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction possible
Batch monitoring and recovery of failures with a view to improving the system/batch performance
Monitor and drive improvements to the system/batch performance
Deliver ad hoc unplanned changes
Document procedures and processes for Enterprise systems and interfacing systems
Manage Project and change request (CR) scoping, estimation and design (ie preparing functional specification) through to implementation (completing system configuration, liaising closely with ABAP team during build phase) and preparing and managing all elements of testing (unit, system and integration)
Identify potential process improvements opportunities across the landscape
Work alongside Team Leads, Delivery Leads, Functional SME's and Solution Architects to Identify and manage risks
