Sopra Steria Recruitment is working in partnership with a major public sector client in the UK. We are currently recruiting a Campaign Adviser/Campaign Executive to be based in Manchester Square One for an initial period of 06 months with possible extension.

Campaign Advisor

Location: Manchester Square One

Duration: 6 months

  • Face to face running of the campaign
  • Meeting with the hiring managers, HRBP's and RBP's to ensure the Manchester team understand the strategy, what needs to be delivered and time scales etc.
  • Devising a strategy on how best to deliver what the route is looking for ie assessment days etc.
  • Assisting with assessment centres or any recruitment activity
  • Potential required to travel with the role to go to various meetings with the route etc.
  • Engaging with third party suppliers on whether they can add value to a campaign re. sourcing etc.
  • Sometimes get involved with BAU
  • Negotiating offer terms, rate etc.
  • Looking at the bigger picture and thinking how is this going to work.
  • Negotiation skills
  • Ideally in house recruitment but will look at agency
  • Used to working with high volumes
  • Working at a fast pace
  • Shared service background - ideal
