Description
Summary
The Sourcing Fulfilment Specialist shall ensure on time supplier delivery of goods. Reporting to the Controls Sourcing Team Lead; you will work closely with suppliers; Manufacturing, Engineering and Supplier Quality teams in communicating requirements to ensure OTD. In this role you will use your experience or expertise to identify issues and solve problems to improve OTD and revenue.
- Work with suppliers to expedite critical parts that directly or indirectly cause risk to on time delivery
- Identify risks that impact supplier on time delivery and develop action plans with the supplier to get early intervention.
- Work closely with Manufacturing, Engineering and Quality teams to support and communicate schedule requirements.
Experience Needed
- A history in operations or production engineering or procurement
- Demonstrable competence in supply chain management, principles and practices of MRP and supplier management
