Description
Supply Chain Project Manager Zurich based client in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- University degree specialized in a relevant profession
- Several years' work experience in project management in the area of supply chain and the pharmaceutical industry
- Profound background of pharmaceutical production
- Practical knowledge and experience in process industries within the sections of either international pharmaceutical manufacturing or global pharmaceutical distribution
- Know-how of finance and controlling in addition to familiarity with related regulations
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Implementing serialisation through linking the company's external via cloud solution provider
- Aligning the scope of local operating companies, internal sites, external partners and supply chains as well as cooperating closely with Head of Communications and handling external partner on boarding
- Securing that relevant activities, deliverables and milestones are defined, implemented and overseen as defined in "Project Operations Manual External Partners"
- Establishing and realising serialisation SOPs in relation to data maintenance and supply chain operations
- Controlling and reporting on external partners on boarding process and progress in addition to keeping internal and external stakeholders up to date trough the intranet and newsletters
- Managing detailed project plans for all project activities for all our external partners as well as providing super user training for LEADs for Standard Operating Procedure updates
