Description
- The Design Authority will be accountable for ensuring the integrity of the programme
- The Design Authority will be the owner of the Programme Change Control Process
- Work with Technical and Business Architects to ensure there are design blueprints/a suitable end to end design of the programme solution
- Establish and run the governance for change control of the programme solution
- Ensure that the programme benefits will be delivered as part of the solution and any trade off during change control consider downstream benefits
- Ensure change does not impact the effectiveness or longevity of the programme solution
- Ensure that project designs comply with the policies, standards and organisational constraints
Essential for the role:
- Relevant Design Authority experience gained in Financial Services
- A good understanding of the Financial Services marketplace
- In depth understanding of existing technology solutions and future trends
- Business and technical architecture
- Desirable experience of CRM Platform, especially Microsoft Dynamics
