In-House Recruiter (Telco)

The Company:
A leading Telecoms Company, who work in an agile, customer focused and fast paced environment. They are currently seeking an immediately available In-House Recruiter to join their internal resourcing team, to assist with a high number of behavioural and competency based interviews, as well as daily sourcing.
Responsibilities:
- Understand the roles, screen CV applications, recommend ones to progress to interview
- Conducting a high level of face to face interviews and leading wash up sessions with the managers
- Build strong working relationships with hiring managers
- Monitoring a large number of applications, as well as headhunting/souring other candidates
- Creating roles and uploading job descriptions on the internal ATS
- Advertising roles on a number of platforms
Experience Required:
- Recruitment experience (Onsite would be an advantage)
- Experience in performing behaviour/competency based interviews
- Excellent note taking skills Need to be extremely organised with excellent stakeholder skills up to Director level
- Proven coordination skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong with MS Excel
- Experienced with raising requisitions, and using an ATS/CRM system
- Strong collaborative skills
