Facilities Services Manager
A Facilities Project Manager with Facilities delivery experience is required to work on a twelve month contract, with the possibility of extension for our Defence client based in Cumbria
This is a 12 month contract with one of the UK's leading defence companies.
Key skills required for the Facilities Project Manager
- Experience of Leading and developing a team to achieve their work programme, meeting all performance measures (cost schedule, quality and safety).
- Experience of Overseeing operational facilities management contracts ie Catering, Cleaning, Waste and Laundry.
- Experience of Ensuring all contracts are managed and delivered safely and in accordance with Company requirements as per cost, schedule & quality including working with and managing key stakeholder expectations.
- conversant with the Quality and HS&E Management Systems Quality and Health and safety
- Recognised qualification in Project or Facilities Management.
- Nebosh Qualification
