Change Manager - Nigeria - 3 month Contract

Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for experienced Change Manager to join a large project in Nigeria.

The client currently has a large-scale SAP programme and Global Enterprise Partners seeking Change Manager Consultant with the following skills and experience:

Role Requirement

  • Experienced in change management; understands the roles of change leaders versus change enablers.
  • Experience in working in projects and Matrix organization.
  • Experience in SAP implementation projects.
  • Able to communicate to the point and in line of need of target group (management, project team members and work floor).
  • Experience with management of extensive training programs.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Able to work in Nigeria, area of Lagos, without restrictions.
  • Willingness to travel (within own country and abroad if required).
  • Change/transformation capabilities.
  • Structured, planning, analytical, flexible, quick learner, proactive, solutions oriented.
  • Presentation skills.
  • Experience in large scale implementations in corporate environments and a solid understanding of the business direction, an overall view of the "big picture", and a good knowledge of the business being impacted by the project's implementation.

Duration: 3.5 month + possibility of extension
