Profile:
My client is looking for an experienced Customer Project Manager with Ericsson Core Solutions MSS, UDC, HSS experience
Context:
The Candidate will be integrated in a large project team, under the leadership of one senior Program Director.
and will handle one of the sub projects related to Core Telco solution implementation for a French Telecom operator.
Mission/Tasks:
The CPM is in charge of leading the full project on one domain from start to end which includes requirement gathering, design, implementation, testing, customer acceptance, cutover and move to production, stabilisation
The CPM is in charge for his/her sub project of:
- Planning, Budget, Risks management, Team leading, Resource plan, Alerts
- Customer Deliverable
- Milestones establishing and invoicing towards customer
- Coordinating with the overall program teams and with each other domain project managers and architects when needed
- Ensures all operational Ericsson engagements are met and that all methods and processes are applied by his/her team
- Prepares the Workshops and supports her/his team to meet Ericsson commitments
- Prepares/Contribute to the purchase of the HW, SW of her/his project
- Contribute/Participates in overall internal and customer steering meetings
- Leads his/her teams to deliver on time and with expected cost, scope & quality
- Reports and updates all project KPIs
Required skills:
- French and English are mandatory. The customer is French, meetings, workshops and external documentation will be in French.
- At least 3 years of experience as a project manager
- Communication & Negotiations skills
- Ability to build intimacy with the customer
- Proven experience of team management in international environment as it will be needed to interact with teams abroad
- Proven experience in projects for Telco Operators in Core,
- knowledge of Ericsson Core solutions (MSS, UDC, HSS ) and of Ericsson process and tools
