Financial Accountant, Finance Partner, Finance Lead, ACA, ACCA, Chartered
This global financial client is currently on the hunt for Financial specialist, this individual will work part of the clients financial planning and solution of their European division. This specialist will be responsible for their business and financial planning and provide insights & analytics to help improve profitability of their market.
Key Responsibilities
- The person will work in close collaboration and leverage the other teams with Financial Planning & Analysis and also with the Divisional Finance Officers and the local markets.
- You will be responsible for coaching the teams to provide insights and support to our internal business partners in order to support the implementation of the company's strategy and objectives
- Provide insights & analytics to help improve profitability of markets, customers and products, including driving revenue generating activities such as supporting the launch of new products/services, pricing and competitive analysis
- Business & Financial Planning for the Products and Services teams
- Supporting Market sizing and share analysis
- Experience modelling and performing predictive analytics to review complex financial and operational analysis and scenarios
- Experience managing a diverse, multi-functional accounting and/or finance group
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment and to create change processes and communicate this effectively
- Accountancy qualification
- Working in an international environment
- Successfully supports and advises their area of business on risk and opportunity consideration
- Ideally worked in a Commercial finance role, similar to working as a regional financial controller
- Commercial acumen
- Extensive experience setting strategy for process improvement initiatives along with developing procedures for implementation
