Main tasks:
- Support operational activities related to Software Asset Management in relation to CTUX:
- Demand management
- Request to Order / Order to Payment
- Contract Management
- Analyse license use and optimization opportunities
- Provide financial management assistance by engaging in budgeting and forecasting of outsourced vendor management spending for each respective business area
- Provide ad/hoc financial analysis and reporting in support of annual contract renewals
Main qualifications
- Profound IT work experience, which includes project management and functional team management experience
- Project management experience, including management of full lifecycle implementations for major application
- Application management and operations experience
- Communication - ability to communicate ideas and data both verbally and written in a persuasive and appropriate manner
- Data Management - ability to utilize data collection, analysis, maintenance application and refinement methods to make fact base decisions
- Analytical skills - ability to analyse a wider variety of data and make appropriate decisions
- Management - ability to set priorities, develop workflow processes and manage staff
- Prior experience with developing budgets and controlling costs
- Knowledge of software license management
