Client Services Associate | London | 4 Months
Our client is a leading Asset Management company based in Central London. There is currently an exciting opportunity for an individual to join the Client Services function, within the Sales Team, on a 4 month contract.
Responsibilities:
- Providing a Client Service function for the Wholesale team which will be a critical role for the team going forward.
- Day to day client service tasks as defined, including monitoring and responding to all BD Support and Platform mailbox queries.
- Completing monthly and quarterly reporting for key clients and data provider partners to tight deadlines
- Working in conjunction with internal teams, including; RFP, marketing and the legal team, to manage all work completed internally
- Managing multiple deadlines to the required standards for clients.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience within a Client Service environment
- Good knowledge and understanding of retail/platform markets
- Experience of Asset Management
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
