SAP Master Data Analyst/Consultant - 6 - 12 month contract - Almere, The Netherlands
BOSS ERP are exclusively looking for SAP Master Data Analyst for a 6 month contract based in Almere,The Netherlands. The contract will be initially 6 months with the view for extension, most likely to 12 months. The role will be working for a global manufacturing company who are setting up their supply chain in the European region. The successful individual will preferably have 5 years experience working in SAP MM, SD and FICO modules. The role will consist of approximately 20/30% travel to mainland Europe.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process ongoing master data requests within SAP as per business requirements, individual records as well as mass updates.
- Continuously improve the process for master data creation/maintenance to reduce lead times and maintain a high level of data accuracy.
- Document agreed best practices and procedures related to master data maintenance, processes, working instructions and SOPs, train users when needed.
- Ensure processes are in place to proactively detect, correct and prevent invalid data values.
- Work with stakeholders to understand information needs, identify areas of improvement, and collaborate to projects as appropriate.
- Communicate with external partners, to ensure continuous alignment of shared master data.
- Perform data analysis and reviews, data cleansing, reconciliations and mass loads as per various projects and initiatives.
