An experienced transformation and change leader with a track record in technology projects within the banking space is required for a client of ours in Dublin. The successful person will have responsibility for the management of varying complex technology programmes with a regulatory focused such as PSD2 IFRS MIFID etc and will include end to end delivery of complex programmes. This is a challenging role and will require comprehensive experience in a transformation environments with experience in retail banking in particular preferred but other banking experience with a strong delivery track record will be considered. Excellent customer facing abilities are essential for the role.

Skills/Experience:
Formal third level qualification preferred
Proven experience in managing technology programmes
Regulatory project experience required - specialist experience delivering programmes like PSD2, Open Banking, IFSR, MIFID or similar is required.
Experience in change driven environments
Strong programme delivery and people skills
