Description
Experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join an established Salesforce Centre of Excellence to assist in the delivery of improvements to the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform, specifically to improve the Marketing integration and automation.
Essential Skills
- Salesforce Administration and Business Analysis experience
- Strong ability to communicate with senior stakeholders
- Ability to define business requirements and user stories
- Knowledge of Marketing Integrations with Salesforce and associated processes
- 3+ years Sales Cloud experience
- Ideally, have worked on multiple projects as a lead consultant/Business analyst
- Ability to fully configure the Salesforce Platform - Custom Objects, validation rules, process builder etc.
- Experience with Lightning preferable
- Experience of using agile scrum and waterfall-based project frameworks
