A Continuous Improvement Manager is required by our Global Financial Services client based in Leeds on an initial 6 months contract. You will be accountable for leading customer/process re-engineering changes and this will include making and presenting recommendations for improvement, through to successful implementation, preparing baseline data and creating measurement plans to track realization of benefits.
You will control, prioritise and implement a range of initiatives and requirements based on robust analysis, insight and collaboration, benefiting both the customer and the business, whilst ensuring any changes adhere to local regulations and the Target Operating Model. You will be required to organise resources to ensure day to day expectations can be met. They will act as an interface with stakeholders to manage the impact of change into the operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all internal and external commitments are met and that the operations can operate in an efficient and robust manner
Identify inefficient/incorrect processes or procedures through customer journey and process mapping, rectifying these to ensure the optimization of all key performance indicators is achieved
Make recommendations to improve/streamline current change practices to improve the customer experience, team productivity, and/or reduce costs
Lead, control, prioritize and implement changes required to procedures, processes and systems
Ensure change is implemented using a robust change control process with effective validation, prioritization and assignment of resources, whilst adhering to local regulation
Key Experience:
Experience in delivering small change initiatives in an operational environment
Experience of delivering change in an agile environment
Proven track record as an outstanding analyst, consultant and/or project manager
Extensive experience gathering requirements and conducting design activity, with a mix of business, operations and technology focused projects
Strong experience of delivering change into different audiences and managing implementation in banking environment
Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and business sponsors
Desirable Experience:
SAFe 4/4.5
Development of Business Case
Highlighy skilled in Process Mapping/Continuous Improvement/Process Re-engineering
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
ISEB Diploma in Business Analysis
