Business Analyst - Commercial
Location: Bridgewater, New Jersey, USA
Rate: $65/$70 per hour
Duration: 6 months + Possible Extension
Start: ASAP

Responsibilities:
*Gather and document reporting requirements
*Work with business teams such as Brand teams, Sales and Marketing, Payer analysts to define business rules, define metrics
*Perform data analysis
*Build reports, dashboards for business users using visualization tools
*Perform ad-hoc analysis to address business questions.
*Maintain and enhance standard reports delivered to business
*Collaborate with Genpact onsite and offshore team to oversee project work
*Communicate with client on delivery - status updates, participate in business meetings
Skills:
*4+ years of experience in reporting and analytics in Pharmaceutical commercial (Sales, Marketing and Payer) space
*Hands-on experience with IMS or Symphony data (eg Xponent, PlanTrak, DDD), Formulary data, Claims data, APLD data.
*Hands on analysis and reporting with internal Call Activity, alignment, sales force hierarchy, Payer analysis
*Familiar with pharmaceutical commercial business and health systems- Sales, Marketing, Managed Markets/Payer, customers, affiliations
*Hands on experienced in Oracle or SAS or SQL or R or Excel.
*Responsive, proactive communicator
*Good written and verbal communication skills
Good to Have:
*Experience working with various client teams such as Sales, Marketing leads, Brand team, Market access team, Payer teams
*Prior experience working on onsite-offshore model
*Experience working with Salesforce.com, Veeva
