A disruptive Fintech business is looking for a talented FP&A Analyst to assist in growing a new best-in-class team and contribute to the day to day running of the FP&A function.

To successfully deliver in the role you will need to have:
- A background in finance (ideally qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- A strong background in FP&A.
- Experience operating in a dynamic or changing environment.
- Strong exposure to cost planning and forecasting.
- Excellent Excel and modelling skills.
- An entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to learn quickly and work independently to deliver results.
- Experience with Netsuite would be advantageous.
A little more information about the role:
- Help to review and amend submissions from the business, validating the assumptions made and aligning them to targets laid out by the senior team.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks to cover the workloads of other team members while away on holiday.
- Produce balance sheets and certified financial statements from the P&L.
- Produce documentation for executive committee and board reviews.
- Use Netsuite to assist with the design of a department level budget to actual reporting process.
