Description
SAP FICO (SAP Finance and Controlling) with 5 years of SAP FICO consulting experience.
- Proven expertise in SAP FICO modules
- Experience with SAP AFS solution and knowledge of ABAP Workbench will be an asset
- Good knowledge of ITIL procedures, in particular processes in incident management
- Fluent English and Polish
- At least communicative knowledge of German or French will be a strong asset
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- University-level degree
Responsibilities:
- Managing SAP incidents on 1st/2nd/3rd Level Support
- Definition and coordination of support processes in SAP area
- Training of Business Key Users
- Maintenance and enhancement of existing processes
- Tight and active communication with international SAP Teams
