My client a leading digital fintech start-up is on the hunt for a community and events manager who can speak French to a native/fluent-level to join the team on an initial 12-month contract.
The team
You'll join a dedicated team in a driven, start-up environment at a really exciting time. They are now focusing on developing and maintaining the great relationship with their vastly growing community of users and they can continue to improve their app and give users the best experience possible.
The Position
They're looking for a team member who will get stuck in helping us with building their community, running events and spreading the good news about our mission to be a truly customer-centric brand! You'll be positive, engaging and eager to learn!
The Day to Day
- You will help drive positive conversation of the brand online through social media channels among users and potential new customers
- You will help plan events and assist the marketing team as they roll-out into Europe
- Become a pivotal part of our energetic marketing team
- Using your skills as a smart communicator, manage direct communications with their users
- Manage and evolve the popular event series and other community meet ups
- Create content and insights that reflect the work we do to make the brand a user-focused company
- Work with their product team and the wider organisation by ensuring user insights are at the heart of product development
- Help organise events and manage a new roll-out phase into other markets
Essential:
- French language to a native/fluent-level
- Educated to degree level
- Excellent communicator with superb written and spoken English
- Minimum of 6 months of events experience
