Category Manager
A Global Bank in Canary Wharf are searching for an experienced Category Manager to join the Group Sourcing function. With the view for a long-term contract, you will have the chance to take ownership of the strategic direction for the IT Infrastructure category.
With pre-existing knowledge of the key vendors within IT Hardware and Infrastructure, you will have also ideally come from a banking background (5+ years).
Required skills:
- Knowledge of key IT Vendors within hardware/infrastructure
- Experience as a category manager within a heavily regulated environment (ideally financial services)
- 10+ years total within the sourcing/procurement function
Desired, although not essential:
- Procurement related certification (CIPS/CPM)
