One of my clients based in Stockholm is currently looking for a SAP FICO Application Maintenance Lead to join them in December for an initial contract until June 2019 with high chance to extend.
Job description
The positions as SAP Application Maintenance Lead (shared role) are situated within the functional areas of General accounting, controlling & Treasury and Sales and Supply chain accounting within Business Support Functions division at XX IT. Both these functional areas are parts of a business change initiative to implement the SAP Retail solution together with several integrated systems. We're working with roll out of the template solution to a range of countries, with application maintenance and with supporting new business initiatives
AM Lead is an important leadership role and is part of the Functional Area (FA) Lead team and is responsible to steer, support and follow-up of service deliveries. The main task is to ensure stable operations delivered in time and per governance principles, processes and agreed SLAs.
Work tasks
Accountable for the operational delivery to business of Application Support & Maintenance by eg. secure operations of the FA solution and that AM delivers according agreed expectations, assure quality of the deliveries, secure the use of defined processes and tools
Accountable for application business SLA by eg. set goals and directions for the maintenance work and drive alignment between involved parties, follow up and regularly report to stakeholders about progress and status, work collaboratively with business to align application delivery with business needs.
Managing relationship and communication with our AM vendor and secure the service delivery according to the agreement. Work closely together with vendor to find way of working for processes, methods and tool usage.
Work collaboratively and cross functionally with other areas AM teams and be a part of the strategic offshore transition work.
Specific competence
Management and team leading skills and experience of manage distributed teams
Experience from SAP implementation and understanding of maintenance of a complex solution
Experience from manage service
Excellent communication skills, fluent in English (spoken and written)
Good business knowledge within the accounting and controlling processes
Being a team player with good ability to work individually
