Our client has an urgent requirement for an Engagement Analyst to work for them on a contract basis to work in their central London office.
The Engagement Analyst will report into the business Relationship Manager and will support the departments over all approach to Engagement
- Assist in creating a 2 way communication flow between both legal, business services technology
- Service improvement and business relationship management
- Taking ownership of customer satisfaction survey, managing customer feedback
- Working to improve the ITSM tools and spotting trends.
