Description
Belgian / French Speaking is must1. Overall 10 to 15 yrs with 5 to 6 yrs of proven experience in Delivery Management and Business-Development (Sales)
2. Need to be abreast with industry trends in the domains like Pharma (Life Science), Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Enterprise Solutions(SAP).
3. Good at connecting and building strong relationship with Customer stakeholders in the region
4. Ready to travel between UK, Belgium any other required cities in Europe in Short notice.
5. Participate in RFPs and drive them to come up with proposals/solutions by working closely with Sales, Competencies, Partners, Delivery and Business teams
6. Good experience of Pre-Sales, various Delivery & Costing Models
7. Escalation Management experience with capability of working independently on multiple projects, and ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines
8. Excellent organization skills and ability to operate effectively in a multicultural, matrix organization where the workload requires balancing multiple responsibilities simultaneously
9. Establish and maintain cross functional relationships working with offshore and onshore teams
10. Good at projecting Targets, identifying Potential Opportunities, tracking Order Book etc..
11. Role is expected to be generating new revenue and maintain and management current deliveries.
12. Excellent communication and customer engagement skills. Belgian / French Speaking is must
