Description
A Senior Procurement Manager is required to provide day to day management of a small procurement team and build relationships with CCG's whilst delivering specific procurement projects. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS ROLE IS INSIDE IR35
Essential Skills and Experience:
*Experience in the use of e-tendering systems is vital. Current systems used are Bravo and AWARD but moving to EU Supplies
*Team management.
*Answering Queries from Customers
*Developing close working relationships with the CCG
*Delivering and advising on procurement projects
Procurement experience within the NHS
*Good communicator
*Expert knowledge of procurement regulations
*Procurement of services rather than buying items
Desired/required Qualifications:
*MCIPS level 5 or above
