Compliance Assurance Lead
Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a Compliance Assurance Lead
Key Requirements:
- Our client is a regulatory business one of its business units, as a result of regulatory requirements has undergone a significant change to its licenses conditions.
- The business itself has also under gone a re design of its operating model.
- In order to remain compliant, our client wishes to carry out a diagnostic of its compliance and assurance framework with a view of providing remediations across gaps.
- These gaps are in relation to Compliance Requirements given the changes and what we would recommend as best practice in the context of our client's business.
- The Assurance Lead and their support are expected to embark on an exercise of identifying relevant gaps and provide recommendations.
- They will conclude this in the form of a Diagnostic Deliverable, which will be signed off by our senior executives and the clients for completion.
- It is very likely that further work will be required to implement the recommendations, pending a view of them, and we have a strong confidence that roles will be extended.

- Governance and reporting - MI.
- Risk management and prioritisation.
- Programme management and delivery.
- Evidence of embedding change and engaging senior stakeholders.
