Description
IT Business Analyst required to join a leading global end user currently deploying a new fashion Omni-Channel solution across Europe. The role offers excellent rates and the chance to work with one of the largest global Retail conglomerates. Based in Milan, Italy.
Long term freelance contract. There is flexibility to work remotely a large part of this project - over 50%.
IT Business Analyst key deliverables;
- Facilitate and run customer workshops
- Documentation of customer requirements
- Map process flows
- Define functional requirements
- Work closely with the CRM Project Manager to support the implementation
IT Business Analyst key skills:
- 5+ years Business Analyst experience
- Proven experience facilitating & running workshops
- Proven experience working as a BA on Omni-Channel projects
- Omni-Channel process knowledge
- Strong knowledge of the fashion/retail industry
- Strong stakeholder & vendor management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Business acumen to support business decision and work with senior business leaders
