Description
Test Lead Essential Experience:
- A minimum of 8+ year QA Tester and lead experience
- Ability to lead the team of testers
- A clear testing leader who can drive the QA quality to new levels
- Clear communication and writing skills
- A critical thinker to enhance the existing test cases and bring holistic view to the testing
- Able to test individual microservices and able to set up the complex test environments
- Previously worked in agile with Scrum
- Performance testing experience with tools like JMeter
- Automation experience using selenium scripts
- Jira and confluence tooling experience
- The Test Lead will have proven leadership skills and management with test team
- A knowledge of the QA function in relation to Microservices, Continuous deployment and Continuous integration
- Experience with IP solutions domain is a big plus
