Main tasks:
- Shape the next generation of a global design system
- Make a real unique impact on the lives of millions of people, take on full ownership of the visual design experience and contribute to our design philosophy
- Close collaboration with the UX Designers and Developers
- Help maintain consistency throughout a complex application suite
- Increase efficiencies in both design and development
- Drive innovation, explore novel technologies and elevate the visual experience internally and externally
- Push boundaries and break the status quo to get us to the ideal future state with a scalable design system
Main qualifications
- Profound industry experience in product design
- An excellent portfolio and a strong sense of visual, typographic style and interaction design
- The ability to strive for excellence and a passion for developing ideas
- An interest in technical aspects (Native App and Web Development)
- Ability to lead and be part of a team
- Design visual assets that are incredibly simple and elegant across mobile, video, print and the web
- You enjoy interdisciplinary working in a cross-functional team, have experience of agile project development, and actively wish to work that way
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills in German and English
- Ability to design projects across the entire product lifecycle and multiple product launches
- Experience with customer journeys and conversions processes and seek out creative, design-led solutions to challenging problems
