Project Officer - Amsterdam, Holland - English speaking/START: JANUARY/FEBRUARY - MAX RATE: EUR PER DAY

(PMO, Project Administrator, Project Coordinator, Project Manager)

One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for a Project Officer.

This role will initially be based in London for the first 2 months and then the remaining 10 months in Amsterdam.

Please find some details below:

Domain Expertise: detailed project scheduling, monitoring and reporting, non-financial project administration, management of document repository, management of requirements changes.

Professional qualification

  • Prince2 foundation or above is desirable

Role specific experience

  • Experience in supporting project planning, monitoring and management reporting for a large (>1M€/annum, 15+ team members) software development project.
  • Experience in controlling and managing a project repository of documents and other deliverables and their versions for a large (>1M€/annum, 15+ team members) software development project.
  • Experience in facilitating project management and requirements change management processes for a large (>1M€/annum, 15+ team members) development project.

Role specific skills, competencies & responsibilities

  • Expert with Microsoft Project as a tool for planning and tracking of project work;
  • Familiar with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence as a delivery platform;
  • Familiar with the role of configuration and document management in the context of a software Development project;
  • Preparation and maintenance of detailed project schedules in MS Project, including resource planning, under the guidance of the customer's project management
  • Collection of actuals of work done and progress achieved and for the recording of these in MS Project schedules under the guidance of the customer's project management
  • Drafting of periodic status reporting (excluding financials) for the customer's project management and internal customer governance bodies.
  • Controlled maintenance of the project repository of documents and other deliverables.
