Medical Affairs Professional wanted for our Geneva based client in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- Scientific degree in a biomedical field, optometrist, Pharm. D. or engineering
- 1+ years' working experience as Medical Affairs Professional or similar position with proven skills in Project Management with the ability to work in matrix reporting relationships
- Ability to interact effectively across boundaries with other functions using influencing and relationship building skills
- Knowledge of commercial and non-commercial areas as well as fluency of the medical devices and ophthalmology are a plus
- Previous experience in reviewing promotional materials and managing clinical trials are beneficial
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Supporting the coordination and execution of the regional Medical Affairs review according to internal processes and external requirements to ensure medical and scientific accuracy in the content of promotional and educational documents
- Ensuring a fast and efficient review to allow documents to reach the markets in a timely manner
- Complying with medical and scientific content and internal processes
- Making recommendations supporting product features described in the case submitted statements and having trustworthy relationships with stakeholders at affiliate's level
- Collaborating with other functions such as business Franchise, Regulatory Affairs, Legal and Compliance, to ensure appropriate integration of information necessary for the review
- Addressing countries questions and providing support in case of related query when the document will reach the country for review and validation
