Main tasks:
- Capture the initial business demand in a structured way, ensure it is aligned with business strategy
- High level scoping and assessment of automation potential
- Understanding and analyzing user requirements using different tools and techniques
- Assist with conducting UATs
Main qualifications
- Very good work experience as Business Analyst (IT projects)
- Technical background / know-how to understand business needs (must be visible in project experiences)
- Ability to speak business language and translate this into user requirements and analyze as well as assess the business need and business process )
- Experience in moderating workshops (must be visible in project experiences)
- Excellent documentation skills (must be visible in project experiences)
- Good English skills (verbal and written)
- Fluent German (as business side is German speaking)
- Capability to drive outcome
- Great communication skills and self-driven personality
- Accountable, structured and proactive
