Description

ITIL Problem Manager - Belgium, (Anderlecht)

Languages: English, with Dutch and/or French.

Description of work:

  • Negotiates Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Operational Level Agreements (OLA)
  • Defines the service delivery processes and standards based on service requirements.
  • Establishes framework for coordinating support seamlessly across multiple support service providers.
  • Understands IT support demand patterns and determines required support resource levels and capabilities.
  • Coordinates interfaces between incident management and other service management processes.
  • Defines issue escalation mechanisms and tracks and manages major incidents and problems.
  • Monitors the effectiveness of the service management processes and the overall performance of the IT function and makes recommendations for improvement.
  • Drives collaboration with vendors for service problem resolution and identifies opportunities for more optimal support mechanism.
  • Problem solving coordination
  • ITIL certified
  • The candidate should speak at least one of the two local languages (Dutch or French) together with English
