Our client is looking for an Interim Consultant to work on a cost saving piece.
A current state review and action plan is required for the financial reporting team to highlight cost discrepancies sooner to save money. There are communication issue's between the financial team and the construction team and this is having a negative affect on the reports accuracy.
The client are looking for someone from a surveying or estimating background that has moved into a consultancy role, who can apply their cost knowledge paired with experience in the construction industry to review and put in place a plan to increase reporting efficiency and cut costs.
